Tues. Mar. 8:  Great practice day.  Wuchi 30 min. - relaxed to a much deeper degree, let go fairly well, felt soft.  5 movement qigong - felt some circulation and impact of movements inside, mostly upper body though.  bagua routine - same as past few days but softer.  Form through flying diagonal - did a better job of stretching and softening/releasing to make movements instead of contracting or pushing them, felt like they came from the center a little more and mind/body was synced up a little better today.    note: don't forget to allow the movements, don't force them
