Fri. Mar. 18:  Clock exercise - still not quite "getting it", my ready stance isn't correct and still getting some tension in shoulders and traps upon rotation.  Bitter pill - little trouble letting go, but did restrict my movements to within my own range, felt like my body was starting to gel to the exercise a little, still feel that i'm leaning a little on the squat  and not properly keeping the crown suspended.  note:  losing awareness in feet from time to time and bringing tension up to the knees and shins, need to release upper body physically a bit more
