Soreness and difficulty in training

Something I've noticed is that during training I get loosened and more open in my tissues so that I can feel more. However, the next day I generally feel very tight and unable to get back into that same feel that I had the day before.

Neigong results are best when you touch your limits, rather than pushing past them. Be sure to give yourself time to recover.

It might help to view internal power training as conditioning our muscle, connective tissue and bone for greater elasticity and resilience. Try to notice when your body begins to tell you to stop during practice. Listen more closely to the bones and connective tissue, their limits are different than those of red tissue. If you respect these signals, you will not have the feeling of shrinkage, tightness and restriction following practice. Note: It is normal to feel a bit tight, however the feeling doesn't last past warmups.
