Throwing hands and Tu Na, Heng, Ha

Feel free to watch, evaluate, and critique my movement. Enjoy.

Overall, good training. Some clariications.

  1. Respect the 90 degree limit of the elbow. What you are doing is fine for starting out, however, now you must be more precise on the limits of strength.
  2. Bigger movement in all the joints. Upper mass must be coordinated and balanced with the lower mass and legs. Go to the limits of the hip roll at each change as you explore NSEW. This will help you drop with more complete looseness.
  3. Punctured breath is not the same as Heng-Ha, although they are related as internal conditioning methods. Further exploration of the differences will reveal more than flavoring. :) Do the above for a bit and then share another video and your thoughts here.

Thank you!
