Good quality changing from expand to absorb, condense to project. You have improved greatly since last summer.

Some more things to explore.

  1. See what happens if you keep the hands away from the body a bit more and use the shoulder nest and free ribs as top and bottom of the wave.
  2. Absorb -> body forward. Project -> body back.
  3. Vary the circle size. Try making the circle very narrow, almost straight, then rounder.
  4. See if you can maintain 90 degrees on the elbow throughout the wave. How does the shoulder have to move to enable this?
